Dark Skies Over FPAC

Celebrate Maine Dark Sky Week! Maine Audubon’s statewide advocacy team will describe legislative initiatives to protect the night skies for our wildlife community, and explain why responsible outdoor lighting matters for native wildlife and human health. We’ll then turn our attention skyward, as the Penobscot Valley Stargazers help us identify and explore constellations, planets, and other celestial sights.
