WILDFLOWER & FERN WALK IN CITY FOREST

Join three Maine Master Naturalists for a leisurely walk to learn about some of the common wildflowers and ferns that thrive in our region. We’ll provide an overview of basic botany, and a quick tutorial on identifying ferns. From there we will venture down the trail, and see what flowering plants and ferns we can find in the forest. Directions: Meet at the Bangor City Forest main parking lot, at the end of Tripp Road.
